Terms draft
Terms posture for the current tester-intake stage.
These terms are a conservative pre-launch draft for the static staging website and tester-intake flow. They are not final paid-product terms and must be reviewed before public checkout, paid downloads, license activation, or customer accounts go live.
Current website status
- The public site is a static marketing, documentation, and tester-intake site.
- Tester intake is controlled pre-release access, not a purchase, download entitlement, account, support ticket, or license activation.
- Public checkout, customer accounts, production downloads, and license activation are not live on the staging site.
- Future production terms must match the actual checkout, licensing, download, and support services used at launch.
Tester access is controlled
Submitting the tester-intake form does not guarantee selection, software access, a download link, a license key, technical support, or a future discount. Selected testers may receive separate setup notes, testing instructions, or pre-release build guidance by email.
Pre-release software may change, break, be withdrawn, or be replaced before public launch.
Product boundary
ReelCool Studio is planned as a local AI-assisted music-video production workflow. It helps structure song analysis, lyric planning, visual continuity, prompt organization, render review, rough cuts, and editor handoff.
- Not a one-click final music-video generator.
- Not a cloud render farm or hosted GPU service.
- Not a bundled ComfyUI, FFmpeg, model-weight, custom-node, or third-party media package.
- Not a legal rights-clearance, copyright, publishing, or commercial-safety service.
- Not a guarantee that generated media is suitable for commercial release without user review.
User responsibility
- Confirm that songs, lyrics, source media, models, helper tools, and exported videos are appropriate for the intended use.
- Install, update, license, and maintain external helper tools and models unless a future release states otherwise.
- Avoid submitting confidential files, credentials, API keys, or payment information through tester-intake forms.
- Review all generated media and rough cuts before publishing or commercial use.
- Seek professional legal or licensing advice for rights questions that require it.
Future paid releases
Future paid releases may include Personal, Studio, and Founder Lifetime tiers. Those tiers are not live sale offers on the staging site until checkout, licensing, downloads, refund/support paths, and final terms are implemented.
Any production sale page must identify the actual purchase terms, license scope, support expectations, device/account limits, update policy, and refund process before accepting payment.
External helper tools
External tools such as ComfyUI, FFmpeg, AI models, custom nodes, video editors, and related dependencies remain user-managed unless a future release explicitly states otherwise. Users are responsible for respecting third-party licenses and service terms.
Launch requirement
Replace or review before public sales.
This staging draft is not final legal language. It must be replaced or reviewed before production checkout, public paid downloads, license activation, customer accounts, production support, or formal refund policies go live.
